These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded by East Pearl Travel with travel professionals. Any client acknowledges having read these terms before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

DETAILS

• The above rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals, net and non-commissionable.
• All confirmed and paid bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• The above rates are inclusive of VAT and Municipality fees.
• The rooming list and meal plan must be provided at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Check-in is available after 16:00 hours, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 hours.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
